Records the incident, then shows the notification requirement configured for the site's jurisdiction and mining regime — regulator, contact number and timeframe — with the deadline counting down against the incident time.
Each statutory appointment (mine manager, ventilation officer, electrical engineering manager and the rest) is assessed against the requirements configured for the regime — certificates, experience, currency. Anything unmet is flagged for your review before it becomes a gap.
Every create, edit and sign-off across the platform is written to an append-only, hash-chained history. Officers can export a package for any record or period and verify its integrity independently.
